A grateful summer vegetable that is used like regular spinach. Doesn't flower so quickly, so it's also nice in the middle of summer. Harvest leaves after a while. Thrives best in porous and nutritious soil. Can be sown directly, but pre-cultivation is recommended. Soak the seeds 1 day before sowing.
