Swedish-grown seed. A nutritious and easy-to-grow leafy vegetable with medium-sized, thick, dark green leaves. The variety does not flower easily. Sow in batches to have a good supply of fresh leaves, but take a break during high summer when the plants flower more easily. Thrives best in rich, moisture-retaining soil, but works well in most soils. Water abundantly.
