Selleri, Rot-, Mars

Delicate root vegetable that grows large, round and even roots. The foliage is dark green and upright, making it more resistant to diseases. Easy to grow, but takes a long time. Suitable for storage, but can also be pre-winterized and frozen. Tolerates cold in the fall, but not in the spring, do not set out the plants too early. Thrives in rich soil, preferably calcareous. Fertilize and water abundantly. Cover with non-woven fabric for earlier harvesting.
