Pulsatilla vulgaris

An early spring flowering perennial that blooms with large blue-purple bells. Finely lobed leaves and the whole plant is covered in soft silvery hairs. Thrives in sun on permeable soil. Excellent for rockeries. Avoid moving due to the plant's taproot.
