Popular spice plant with strong growth and flavor. Rich in vitamin and iron. Cultivation: Sow outdoors or indoors for earlier harvest start. Sow shallowly in rows outdoors in April-May. Indoors sow in February-March. Sow in small pots with seed soil; 5-10 seeds per pot. Be patient. Parsley germinates very slowly, over a period of up to 4 weeks. Soak the seeds 1 day before sowing. Ideal germination temperature is 20-24 degrees. Grow in a cooler place and plant out as soon as the risk of night frost is over. Bring in a few plants and grow in a pot in the fall. Can also be sown in June-August for early harvest next year.
