Suitable both as a screen dill and for harvesting as a leaf dill. Pick leaf by leaf, approx. 1 month after emergence. Repeat sowing every few weeks to ensure a steady supply of fresh leaf dill. Excellent for freezing. If you want screen dill, sow in May at the latest. Screen dill (plant distance 15-20 cm) is harvested at the end of flowering. Thrives best in nutrient-rich, porous, well-drained soil that retains moisture. Change location every year. Water during drought.
