Delicious marrow pea that yields 7-10 peas/pod. A tall variety that requires support, gives abundant harvest on a small area. Can be harvested for a long time. Suitable for freezing. Slightly sweeter in flavor than regular pea, but cannot be sown as early in the spring. Thrives in loose soil but is quite undemanding. Water during drought. Grow peas in different places in the vegetable garden each year. They fertilize the soil.
