Beetroot 4 colours mixture - 3 g

Multicolored blend of beets. Excellent for beet carpaccio. Sow directly in moist soil in a sunny spot when the soil is warm and the risk of night frost is over. Keep moist. Thin when the plants have emerged and keep the soil light and porous. Cover the root with soil if it becomes visible. The young, tender leaves are also edible and go well in salads.
