Beetroot Detroit 2 - 3 g - Organic

Beetroot with a round shape and red color throughout. Sow directly in moist soil in a sunny spot when the soil is warm and the risk of night frost has passed. Keep moist. Thin out when the plants come up and keep the soil loose. Feel free to scoop up soil around the root if it is visible. Even the young, tender leaves are edible and go well in a salad.
