A true tapa chili that makes eating exciting... The flavor is fruity and tasty, but about every tenth chili is really strong - the variety is also called Russian roulette! Traditionally harvested when the fruit is light green and fried in olive oil and flaky salt. When ripe, the chili turns red, they can be harvested at any stage of maturity. Grown in greenhouses or in a sheltered position outside. Thrives in nutrient-rich, well-drained soil.
