Product returns and complaints
Due to the bankruptcy, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept product returns or complaints. The debtor company's liability for defects and warranties do not bind the bankruptcy estate, but you may file a complaint about a defect with, for example, the manufacturer, importer, or another company representing a previous sales channel.
Gift cards
Due to the bankruptcy, using gift cards as a payment method is no longer possible.
Loyalty points and bonus vouchers
Loyalty points and bonus vouchers are no longer redeemable. Purchases made on 1.10.2024 after 13.00 will no longer accumulate loyalty points.
Bankruptcy claims
If you have bankruptcy claims, you may report them to the bankruptcy estate if you wish. In that case, they may receive a dividend determined during the bankruptcy process, although it should be noted that the bankruptcy estate is not required to pay dividends below 50 euros. B2B sales
Business sales have been discontinued, and it is no longer possible to make purchases on a business customer account. Questions regarding old orders or invoices can be sent to yritysasiakas@plantagen.fi for the time being.
Stores
Starting from 24.10.2024, all Plantagen stores in Finland are closed.
