Plantasjen's roses – from production to store
Roses are among the most popular cut flowers in the world. They are easy to love with their beautiful colors and striking effect. Here is the story of how our roses travel from producer to store.

The roses are harvested the day after the producer receives our order. They are treated, packed, and protected to ensure they withstand the entire process. Every step in the chain is crucial to maintaining quality.
Good control with traceability
Just like our producers and partners, it is equally important that we handle the roses with care in our stores. Upon arrival at the stores, we immediately check the quality. We also have a system in place to keep track of the day we receive the roses in our stores. This way, Plantasjen can guarantee that the flowers we sell are always fresh.

High quality of our roses
Thanks to diligent collaboration with all parties involved, we can guarantee the high quality of our roses.
How to care for your roses
- Protect the roses from frost or cold by wrapping them in paper.
- Keep the package upright to ensure water intake.
- Cut the rose stems with a sharp knife.
- Remove all leaves and leaf stems that may end up under water.
- Always use fresh, cold water and nutrients; it's a good idea to use the nutrient packet that comes with most of our rose packages.
- Larger vases may require more nutrients.
- For better and longer durability, place the roses in a cooler place overnight.
- Change the water in the vases every 3 to 4 days; also re-cut the rose stems.
